"Terms") govern your use of the services provided by FORMA Auto Detailing ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

FORMA Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to ceramic coatings, paint correction, and interior/exterior detailing. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

2. Booking and Cancellations

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit. This deposit goes directly to our technicians to compensate them for reserved time. Please be aware of the arrival window for your appointment. If a vehicle is not available for cleaning within 15 minutes of our arrival, the appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices for services are as quoted on our website or provided directly to you. Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

FORMA Auto Detailing will exercise reasonable care in providing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for any damage that occurs as a result of unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond our control. Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence will be limited to the cost of rectifying such damage.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from FORMA Auto Detailing, you agree to these SMS Messaging Terms. You understand that message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us and the services you request. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For assistance, reply HELP. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services. We will not share, sell, rent, or lease your SMS opt-in data or collected phone numbers to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS consent is specific to FORMA Auto Detailing and will not be transferred or used by other entities for their own marketing efforts.
